Order Cancellation
– Customers may cancel their order by contacting us as soon as possible through phone or WhatsApp at the respective branch.
– If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, cancellation will be processed immediately and no charges will apply.
– Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy
– Sri Saravana Pets and Vets accepts returns under the following conditions:
– The product delivered is incorrect, expired, or damaged during shipping.
– The product packaging is unopened and unused.
– Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order by contacting our team through phone or WhatsApp.
– We reserve the right to decline returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
– The following items are not eligible for return:
– Temperature-sensitive products, such as vaccines and medicines
– Perishable pet foods (e.g., frozen or fresh items)
– Products that have been opened or partially used
– Please confirm the suitability and requirements of these products with our staff before purchase.

– If approved, you will be instructed on how and where to return the item—either directly to the branch or through collection by our delivery team.
– Upon receipt and inspection, we will process replacement or refund as per the Refund Policy.
